Terms of delivery
We ship for free within Germany. Shipping to any other EU-country puts an expense of € 9,90 to the customer.
When you place an order, it should take two to three working days to arrive. Shipping is the only delivery way we accept. It is not possible to pick up the goods on your own.
Our customers come first and we stand behind the quality of our products. Nevertheless, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the goods at our costs and get a full refund of your money.
If you wish to return an item, please consider these conditions.
Refund can only be requested if the items have been purchased from our online shop. It is not in our right to accept returns purchases from other retail outlets or online shops.
The items have to be returned within 14 days. Please help to make the process the fastest possible by adding a copy of the receipt (or a note with the order number, your name, email address and telephone number) and tell us the reason for the return.
